Michael Sierra Accounting Manager

Michael joined Great Point Investors in 2008, and is responsible for client reporting on partnerships and joint ventures for portfolios of several property types located throughout the United States. Mike's responsibilities also include the accounting associated with development and new construction.

Mike holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Michael Foss  Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Michael joined the Great Point asset management team in 2015. Michael is responsible for over 4.3 million SF of industrial and office properties in eight North American markets. In addition to selecting and overseeing third-party property management and leasing firms, Michael develops and implements strategic asset plans to improve the value of each property. He also negotiates leases, prepares property valuations, and helps formulate annual client reports.

Michael has over eight years of commercial real estate experience with a strong background in asset management. Before joining Great Point, Michael was an Asset Manager at Cabot Properties, Inc. where he was responsible for 3.4 million SF of industrial properties in Chicago, Dallas, and Houston.

Michael holds a BS in Finance from Bentley University.

Alexandra Boudreaux  Accounting Manager

Alexandra joined Great Point Investors in 2015, and is responsible for all aspects of client reporting on portfolios of office and industrial properties located throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Alexandra was working in the research department of Massachusetts General Hospital, managing federally funded projects. She graduated from Boston College with her Bachelor’s degree in the spring of 2013.

Alexandra is both an elected member of the Discernment and Engagement Committee, and is an active chancel choir member at United Parish of Brookline.

Sam Clark  Financial Analyst

Sam joined Great Point Investors in 2013. He is primarily responsible for providing financial analyses of potential acquisitions and development transactions and managing the due diligence process. In addition, Sam provides analytical support to both the asset management and accounting teams.

Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Sam was a Senior Financial Analyst at Sears Holdings' Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions Team, where he helped close over $500 million of real estate transactions.

Sam holds a BA in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College.

Gordana Katic Office Manager/Accounting Assistant

Gordana joined Great Point Investors in 2005 and is responsible for overseeing the administrative staff and providing accounting support. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Gordana was an accounting assistant and assistant sales manager at Acme Wholesale.

Gordana holds an associate degree in Business.

Jennifer Sweeney Asset Management Associate

Jenn joined Great Point Investors in 2014. She is responsible for supporting the asset management team in a variety of functions including, overseeing lease administration, facilitating dispositions, administering master insurance program, and coordinating annual budgets and business plans.

Jenn has over eight years of commercial real estate experience in property and lease management. Prior to joining Great Point, she was working at REIT Management & Research, LLC as a Lease Analyst. She holds a BA in Spanish from the University of New Hampshire and is currently working toward her Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance at Boston University.
